How-To Deactivate your Account

Note: You can always deactivate your account, but if you're the only admin, you'll need to add another admin first. Otherwise, you have to deactivate the contact list of your organization.

You can deactivate your account from the Sidebar.

Choose Edit Profile. On the bottom of page, select the “Deactivate my Account” option.

A pop up message will appear in your screen. Selecting “Confirm” you complete the deactivation.

Deactivate Account – Last Admin

Note: You can always deactivate your account, but if you're the only admin, you'll need to add another admin first. Otherwise, you have to deactivate the contact list of your organization. To do it follow the below steps.

From the main menu press Settings and then in submenu choose Edit Company

On the bottom of page, select the "Deactivate Address Book" option.

A pop up message will appear in your screen. Select “Confirm” to complete the deactivation.

Note: When you deactivate an address book, automatically all accounts of users which connected with this address book will be deactivated.
